- Every item that you order is supplied on an "appraisal" basis — if you are not delighted with your purchase we are happy to make arrangements for its return and full credit.
- The UK's Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods ordered within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our goods, including custom remarqued prints if you are not completely satisfied.
- To cancel your contract, please inform us by email, telephone, fax or mail. Please return your goods securely in the packaging in which you received them and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

- Please use a recorded-delivery service for your protection. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. If we do not receive the goods back from
you we may arrange for collection of the goods from your residence at your cost.
- We will refund the purchase price for all items that you are returning as soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of your contract.
