Excellent drawing! The eyes are exemplary!

A little something to comment on - one must always be aware of anything that can affect the intrinsic quality of one's drawings. Quite often mounting can negatively affect one's drawings.

ANYTHING that isn't reversible is to be avoided; it denegrates the work. There are many in the art world, and frankly, I'm with them on this, that conclude that original works of art have to remain pristine...it's the only honourable way to charge original prices for. One can't charge top dollar if one has ruined it.

If you mount something, be aware that it should ALWAYS be reversible and leave the work in it's original, unaltered state.

If your framer says "Oiy! Don't worry mate; it's last fair enough" then take your business elsewhere...(ask me how I know...)

As to drawing substrate, Mike's right on (as always); draw on a firm surface and control it from YOUR side.
